Criteria
Interest rates start from as low as .95%
for non status loans and less than .5% per month as full status
finance. For high loan to value loans and loans for stressed circumstances
such as to clear a bankruptcy or avoid repossession the rate can
be as high as 1.75% per month.
Non status loans are provided regardless
of credit history and the vast majority of plans are also provided
regardless of income.
Listed below are the highest loan to
values we can go to per property type. Bear in mind we can lend
over 100% of the purchase price when we can take an additional charge
on other property as long as it is owned by the same applicant.
