Case Studies

These are true case studies, we can provide testimonials for any of the following case studies.

Mr W M - Reading, Berkshire
Mr M had been ill for 7 months and could not afford his mortgage payment, he had received an eviction order and no-one would offer a mortgage as he was still unemployed. We arranged a temporary bridging loan until he could return to work. We have since remortgaged the property providing an affordable mortgage payment.

Mr F - London
This client had built up lots of unsecured debt and he could not afford all of his loans and debts which meant he fell into arrears with his mortgage and he had received a repossession order from his lender. We arranged a new mortgage to 80% loan to value which cleared his mortgage arrears, consolidated all his debts and gave him one affordable monthly payment.

Mr & Mrs H - Essex
This client had tried to remortgage themselves out of their mortgage arrears for nearly a year and fell across a number of hurdles. The first problem was their house was worth over £500,000 and although they recieved a mortgage offer, the lender carried out an audit valuation which undervalued the property to such an extent that the loan offer was retracted. The next lender approved the loan subject to an accountant's affordability letter but the Accountant would not help. We were asked to help and found a lender that would not carry out an audit valuation and would need only a basic accountants reference which the accountant was happy to deal with. The loan completed within 3 weeks of the client contacting them despite trying elsewhere for nearly a year!
